Chicago Paddleboard Yoga
Standup paddleboard (S.U.P) Yoga classes with Mary Lou Cerami on Lake Michigan at Montrose beach in Chicago. Chicago is home to some beautiful and accessible waterways just waiting to be explored. The practice of yoga offers many benefits, from increased flexibility & strength to a deeper connection with the natural beauty around us. It is therefore a natural fit to combine paddling with yoga. Mary Lou’s knowledge and training both as a yoga instructor and paddler combine to create a higher awareness of all muscles involved during paddling; developing strength, poise and a more centered approach to the whole paddling experience, both on land and in the water.
