Zoom Live Stream – Yoga workout
Yoga WorkoutEvery Monday, 6:30p (Now an Outdoor class!) Join Mary Lou in this fun & supportive class (now taught in-person at Brook’s Park) designed to lose weight and have fun doing it. Each class is designed to be different, fun and challenging using Mary Lou’s proven training methods from yoga, strengthening, balance and core-building exercises. Some weeks we use light weights – anything works that provide a little bit of resistance! Let’s move together and release stress in a healthy way. Register online at least 1 hour in advance to attend. This class will stream on Zoom in the event of bad weather, thunderstorms, rain or extreme heat, contact the instructor before class to verify location. |
